Access Your Account
- Go to the Booking.com website and log in using your credentials.
- Ensure you are using the account you want to delete, as the deletion process is irreversible.
Navigate to Account Settings
- Click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.
- Select "Account" from the dropdown menu to access your account settings.
Contact Customer Service
- Unlike some services, Booking.com does not have an automated account deletion option in the account settings.
- Visit the Customer Service page on Booking.com.
- Click on "See all contact options" and choose how you wish to communicate for account deletion (phone, email, etc.).
Request Account Deletion
- When communicating with customer service, clearly state that you want to delete your account.
- Provide necessary verification details if requested, such as your registered email address or any recent booking information.
Confirm Deletion
- Follow any additional instructions provided by the customer support team to complete the deletion process.
- You may receive a confirmation email or notification once your account has been successfully deleted.
