Access Your TikTok Profile
- Open the TikTok app on your device.
- Tap the profile icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen to access your profile page.
Navigate to the Settings
- Once on your profile, tap the three horizontal lines or the menu icon located at the top-right corner to open the settings menu.
- Select Settings and Privacy from the dropdown menu to enter the settings page.
Find the Manage Account Option
- Within the Settings and Privacy page, look for the Account category and select Manage Account.
Initiate the Deletion Process
- In the Manage Account section, locate and tap on the Delete account option.
- You'll be presented with a brief description of what deleting your account entails. Read it carefully.
Confirm Your Decision
- After reviewing the information, tap Continue to proceed with the deletion process.
- TikTok may ask you to verify your identity by sending a verification code to your registered email or phone number. Enter the verification code to confirm.
Finalize Account Deletion
- After verification, you'll see another prompt to confirm your decision. Tap on Delete Account to permanently delete your TikTok account.
- Remember that once the account is deleted, you won't be able to reactivate your account, and all your data, including videos, will be permanently removed.
