Sign In to Your Zoom Account
- Open a web browser and navigate to the Zoom website at zoom.us.
- Click on the "Sign In" button located in the upper right corner of the page.
- Enter your email and password, then click "Sign In." Alternatively, if you registered using Google or Facebook, use the corresponding option to sign in.
Access Your Account Profile
- Once signed in, click on your profile icon located in the upper right corner of the Zoom dashboard.
- In the dropdown menu, select "Account Management" if you are using a Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account.
- For Basic (free) accounts, simply click on "Account Management" under the "Admin" section on the left sidebar.
Navigate to Account Profile Settings
- In the account management interface, locate the "Account Profile" tab. This is typically found on the left sidebar for free accounts, or under "Admin" for larger accounts.
- Click on "Account Profile" to access your account settings and status information.
Delete Your Zoom Account
- In the "Account Profile" section, scroll down until you find the "Terminate My Account" option.
- Click the "Terminate My Account" button to initiate the deletion process.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm your choice by clicking "Yes" or "OK" to permanently delete your account.
Verify Account Deletion
- Once your account is deleted, you will be automatically logged out and redirected to the Zoom homepage.
- Try signing into your account again. If the deletion was successful, you will receive a notification that the account does not exist.
- You may also receive a confirmation email from Zoom regarding the account termination.
