• Participation in the bootcamp is not an offer of employment.
• Any full-time offer and/or visa sponsorship is contingent on (i) successful completion of the program, (ii) independent verification that you satisfy the USCIS O-1 criteria, and (iii) final approval by USCIS. Omi cannot guarantee approval of any immigration petition.
• All participants must hold valid U.S. work authorization (e.g., ESTA, B-1/B-2 not accepted) for the duration of the bootcamp; Omi will not file visa petitions before the program starts.
